Our program in Baltimore is unique because it is a Therapeutic Foster Care Program, meaning all of the children served by Neighbor To Family at that location are in need of clinical services. Because of the intense needs of these children, our Baltimore location has a full time staff person who is dedicated to ensuring the children receive the services they need.
